You may have seen the program, or just heard about it from friends, but watchdog did it again!   The Japanese import market flourishes simply because of the high expense involved in maintaining older cars in Japan.  Of course there are opportunities for criminals to exploit such a buoyant market, but this doesn't mean that every imported car has been stolen.  If you haven't been to the Watchdog website, click here to read what they have to say.
