Ok folks,
let me start a list of equipment/stuff that folks are bringing to mega meet .... please post below what you can bring, to add in to the club area ... the more the merrier generally !!!
i will update this first post as things get filled in !!
WE NEED :
tables and chairs
gazebos
bbq's
serving dishes
charcoal
a ghetto blaster/stereo
fairy lights
disco lights
floor covering (if wet)
gaffa tape
string
cable ties
power cables
rcd's
large blackboard/whiteboard for activities
brazier / firewood ( is this allowed ...? - brownie/hayley?)
patio heaters
tea urn/boiler
anyone bringing petrol and or battery radio controlled cars?
cricket set?
footballs a plenty?
kites?
plus if anyone can get a decent set of ramps i know that my paj needs undersealing and i bet a few more do before the winter months set in
WE HAVE OFFERED:
Fairy Lights, power cables, 1 rcd, floodlights, 1 3m sq pop up gazebo - Mark Dale
I have some big cable ties if somebody want to collect them, I'm down to my last 2000 but I can spare a few hundred, I think they are 8mm wide and 400mm long ahalton

Hiya Mark....

Baddoo has the green Marquee thing....
Owt else??? Dont forget...for everything we bring to help the meet....we will forget things of vital impotance for ourselves...ie the caravan?? or a kid??? |

I have a 30 metre heavy duty extension lead with 16 amp plug at one end and 16 amp socket and 13 amp socket via a RCD circuit breaker. the lead is what is normally used for 32 amp leads.
Is this any use? |

Will bring our tunnel tent - well nissan hut made of canvas - can use that as the "designated smoking area" what with all this legality and red tape It has no front panel atm as the dog ate it so its a 3 sided affair now until I can afford a new one Obviously I will have to mark it as a private area though as less than 50% is open to the elements Hmm can of worms |
