My on line quote from them was £269 but then had a call from them and because i am a 24/7 carer for my better half it jumped up to just under £500 which i wasnt very happy with but was still cheaper than my last company , should realy have cancelled with them and gone on another search but needed immediate cover , i keep getting emails that say HGV drivers reduced rates but as soon as i say dont drive them now let licence lapse at 55 after 34 yrs and god knows how many thousands of mile i travelled in them with 10 yrs plus no claims the reduced rate seems to fade away |

I've just went with Adrian Flux as well, it's a second car and no NCB to use on it.
£310 FC, it's a 5000 mile policy, but with 2 cars and a bike on the road, thats not an issue. Cant remember everything included, legal cover is though. Think theres key cover too. I've driving other cars on it as well which I didnt have on my other car cover so that was a bonus.
Only tried confused (£384) and a japanese import specialist (£328) before going with AF. |

Well i've just changed my insurer to Flux and must say can't fault Michael (the gent I spoke to) and the insurance package at all. £335 Class 1 business and all my mods covered as well. Cover for other cars included too, and also covered for fitting some 'special' colour lights and noisy stuff in the next couple of weeks. Can't praise them enough |

Just had my annual renewal down from flux and was expecting it to have gone up from last year which was £345 but I was pleasantly surprised to find it has gone down to £263 which makes a nice change.. |

well i have had to start legal procedures against Adrian flux because they still have not given me my refund.over 2 weeks ago i cancelled my policy and all i get from them is excuses not even an apology or any sort of discount if i go back with them or compensation, especially as they have taken over 40% of the refund, and £25 admin fee..well it,s going to cost them more as my solicitor is charging £135 for the first letter which he has sent,it might sound petty but when flux wants money from you they sharp take it or if you fail to make a payment they would cancel your insurance, but when it comes to giving money back to you it,s a case of when we can be bothered.....
so my advice to members is this, think twice about using flux i have used them for the last 10 years but never again, especially when there attitude over refunds stinks...i did not know that i might have to cancel my policy as i cannot see or read into the future.... |
