Off down there in a couple of weeks and was wondering what to expect. Brochure and website make it sound great, but nothing better than first hand experience.
Very mixed reviews on UKCampsite as well.
Cheers

Spent a week there about 5 years ago.
Pitches were small. Clubhouse ok. Facilities ok.
I think the beach is more suited for fishing, not for children swimming.
Hope this isn't to negative?
We enjoyed ourselves. |

Cheers for the heads up. Small pitches might be interesting with the van, the awning and the blue bus squeezed on.
Beach shouldn't be a problem though, always keep a couple of rods in the van just in case.
Hopefully the weather'll be better than our fortnight in Cornwall the other year. Gales and floods made for an expensive holiday keeping the kids amused. |
