Has anyone changed a heater matrix on a old shape l200? I'm after an idea how long it takes and what needs removing??

I was speaking to a lad about this last week, he did his and said it was a bit of a job, had to take out most of the dashboard. Think its a simple enough job but you know what interiors like, just a bit fiddly getting everything back to normal.
