I am running a 1993 L200 Strada doublecab. For those who don`t know the spec its=
2.5 turbo diesel (4d56) 5 speed manual 4wd. Electric windows, mirrors, A/C, centre dash pod (inside/outside temps, altimeter and on the piss meter), which I guess compares with a Pajero of the same age. Imported into UK summer 2001 - first UK owner.
Try to do all the repairs/servicing myself whenever possible. To get this far I have obtained a Mitsubishi handbook for model, 2 different Haynes manuals and a Chilton manual. Using these I have not been defeated with any problems.........yet.
Am trying to build up a listing of parts and where to get them (ie avoiding the Mitsubishi dealer....) Already have some interesting comparisions
Not everything has gone right - clutch fell apart one Monday only to get seriously involved with a Honda CRV the following Monday resulting in a repair bill of £5642.
Still here to tell the tale......Whats yours?

Hi BigT,

the L200, PJ Jnr and Delica sections have only recently been added to the forums following a pick up in emails to the club ... I hope they take off!

I'm happy to develop any of the sections further if there's enough interest - let me know.

If there's any additional info you have on items you'd like to see sourced let me know!

Any direction you feel the club should go? (Seperate L200 owners club for example?)

Be in touch Wink

Simon.
