Hi,
My 05 Warrior 3.2 has been problematic lately. Started off with an Egr valve stuck open,  and a faulty boost pressure sensor, but got all that sorted, and car was running mint.

A few days ago it jumped into limp mode, briefly while towing a trailer..
It's run fine since, but thought I'd get it checked anyway. Its coming up with overboost code 49. My mate has had it up the road this afternoon, and live data states its boosting at 31 psi.

Is it more than likely an actuator fault, or are these like the turbos on the 4d56 that suffer sticky veins??

Car is well looked after, low miles 86k, tho it has been mapped 2 years at least.

I believe it's a normal wastegate setup.

Cjeck if the wastegate has the spacer mod. If so, remove 1mm of the spacer width.

If not, get the mapper to dial it back a tad.
